
William R. Livesay, Jr.
Executive Director
Bill has been working with law firms for more than 30 years, directing financial and business operations of those firms. He is an experienced and versatile chief administrative executive with a proven track record of cost-effectively directing the operations of law firms. Since 1999, he has been the Executive Director of Andrews Kurth, a firm of 400 lawyers operating from nine domestic and international offices. His management experience includes financial management, multi-office business processes and strategic development.
At Andrews Kurth, Bill oversees the administrative activities of the firm, including all aspects of operations, finance, budget, human resources, technology, facilities, special initiatives and disaster management. He has initiated and overseen an extensive, firm-wide emergency preparedness program with contingency plans for the firm’s uninterrupted operation. He has been called upon to speak at seminars, major universities and professional associations.
