Tad is a member of the firm's Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Practice, where his practice includes representing debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, and various committees in Chapter 11 reorganizations across the country.

His practice also focuses on pre-bankruptcy workouts and distressed real estate transactions as well as advising clients on insolvency and counter-party risks related to mergers, acquisitions and general corporate transactions.
