Regulatory Agency and Environmental Experience
Our environmental counsel is national and we regularly appear before the United States Environmental Protection Agency, both headquarters and at the regional level. In addition, we have appeared before state environmental agencies in Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Ohio, Maryland, New Jersey and New York.

- Senior lawyer at the Environmental Protection Agency, both headquarters and Region 6
- Solicitor for the United States Department of the Interior
- Staff lawyer at a predecessor agency of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality
- In-house counsel on environmental issues to a major international infrastructure provider to domestic and foreign upstream and downstream oil and gas, organic and inorganic chemical, and manufacturing operations
- In-house counsel to a major international semiconductor manufacturer, which included an active role in the Semiconductor Industry Association, the principal trade group for that manufacturing sector
