Obtaining funds for renewable energy and sustainability projects and companies now involves more incentives originating in Federal programs administered or legislated in Washington. Increasingly private capital has sought to utilize such incentives.
A webinar hosted by our firm on Thursday, June 17, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. CDT, will analyze various methods of linking private capital to deals receiving different types of assistance in multiple transactional structures. Panelists such as Paul Hammer, founder of Navigator Capital Group and an expert in capital formation, will bring to light some insider tips on harnessing the shifts in government programs and public and private funding to squeeze more dollars for alternative energy. Chris Bordeaux, a former Senior Advisor to the Deputy Assistant Secretary for National Energy Policy, will offer his ideas and mindsets around the renewable energy practices and policies. From Andrews Kurth, Roger Feldman will offer his insight in to the areas of energy project finance as well as corporate issues. Andrew Tucker, head of Andrews Kurth's corporate practice in Washington will moderate the program.
Panelists will cover a spectrum of green energy financing issues including:
