Welcome to the Andrews Kurth EcoZone blog. We trust you will find our posted resources of periodic benefit. Our blog has four essential sections: Rulemaking Alerts, Oil & Gas Toolkit, General Environmental, and Climate Change. In the Rulemaking Alerts, we will highlight selected rulemakings. The Oil & Gas Toolkit is a simple repository, consisting of agency documentation and our Andrews Kurth Oil & Gas Environmental Manual. Some of our agency documentation is historic, and very hard to find nowadays. The General Environment category includes the kitchen sink—whatever strikes our fancy. The Climate Change category will feature rulemakings and briefings, as well as our extensive Andrews Kurth Climate Change Outline—a thoroughly documented outline of rulemaking and policy matters.
