Recognized as one of the premier law firms in the country, Andrews Kurth was founded in Houston, Texas, in 1902. Today, we are 400 lawyers practicing in eight offices in the United States, Europe and Asia.
Recently, the American Lawyer Corporate Scorecard ranked Andrews Kurth among the top transactional practices in 10 categories. As leaders in their fields our transactional lawyers developed the first ever MLP, completed privatizations of state-owned oil and gas companies in Argentina and Peru, and most recently, are at the forefront of alternative energy representations.
