"Provenance Research and Council of American Jewish Museums (CAJM) Leadership: Not An Option, an Imperative"
February 4, 2009New York, New York
Tom Kline, a partner in our DC office, spoke at an event at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) hosted by the Ben Uri Gallery, the London Jewish Museum of Art, in New York City on February 4.
The program was entitled, "Provenance Research and Council of American Jewish Museums (CAJM) Leadership: Not An Option, an Imperative." Tom provided information on the dos and donts of how museums should address claims made against them. The session reflects CAJM's ongoing commitment to support best practices in provenance research, particularly that which relates to Nazi-era looted art.
CAJM explores how Jewish museums are facing today’s challenges in order to prepare for the future.
