Moderator
Patrick Sargent leads the Real Estate Finance/Capital Markets practice at Andrews Kurth LLP. Pat is the President of the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association (CMSA) and is on the Board of Governors of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).
Panelists
Greg Kraus leads the Acquisition Group at Invesco Real Estate, which is responsible for sourcing acquisition opportunities nationwide. He also serves on the firm's Investment Committee, North American Executive Committee and Direct Management Committee. Greg has 28 years of real estate experience, including portfolio management and acquisition investments.
Paul Smyth is an Executive Managing Director of Centerline Capital Group, a subsidiary of Centerline Holding Company, and head of its Portfolio Management Group. Paul also serves as CEO of Centerline Servicing, Inc., which is responsible for servicing a $112 billion mortgage loan portfolio. Paul has over 23 years of experience in the banking and loan servicing industries.
Jody Thornton is an Executive Managing Director at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. A member of the HFF Operating Committee, which oversees the direction of the firm's 17 offices, Jody also has specific responsibility for the Dallas office. Jody has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including investment sales, debt, equity, structured finance and loan servicing.
