Leveraging Energy Partnerships in the Stimulus Environment

Roger Feldman is a panelist at the Leveraging Energy Partnerships in the Stimulus Act conference sponsored by the National Council on Public-Private Partnerships (NCPPP) and the National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO). The panel he will be speaking on is entitled, "Overview of Federal Energy Policy & Programs." The conference will cover multiple topics including an overview of federal energy policy, federal energy consumer prospective and the impact of energy PPPs on state and local programs.
