Mid-Year Real Estate Investment Roundtable

June 22, 2010
Dallas, TX

In the past year since our initial Roundtable, we've seen the tentative re-emergence of CMBS issuance and far-reaching proposals for financial reform, but also persistently rising loan delinquencies and widening liquidity and equity gaps. More than ever, commercial real estate demands the long view.

Andrews Kurth LLP invites you to join a distinguished panel of real estate industry leaders for their perspective on where this market is heading.

Topics will include:

  • Impact of Financial Reform Legislation
  • Sources of Liquidity
  • State of the CMBS Market
  • Special Servicer Concerns and Challenges
  • Institutional Investor Perspectives
