Bankruptcy Litigation: Advanced Pre-Trial Practice and Procedure Workshop

Robin Russell recently served on the faculty of the University of Texas Law School's "Bankruptcy Litigation: Advanced Pre-Trial Practice and Procedure Workshop."
As part of the workshop, Robin presented a paper on third party prosecution of claims via assignment of claims to litigation trusts, a committee of other third parties, and an oral argument in a mock hearing on her motion by a creditors committee to prosecute claims.
Former bankruptcy Judge Stephen Felsenthal sat as "Judge" in the hearing.
