- Partner and Chief Diversity Officer
Andrews Kurth’s leadership in the area of diversity and inclusion is demonstrated by the firm’s appointment of Elizabeth A. Campbell as a Partner and its Chief Diversity Officer in February 2007. Elizabeth works exclusively on the development and implementation of the firm’s diversity and inclusion strategy.
- Diversity Committee
The responsibilities of our Diversity Committee include setting the strategic direction for the firm’s comprehensive diversity and inclusion plan. The committee supports the development and implementation of the plan and provides leadership to the firm in this area.
The Diversity Committee is co-chaired by senior partner Gene Locke and partner Lino Mendiola. The members of the Diversity Committee include the firm's Chairman, our Managing partner, 11 other partners from across our U.S. offices (including the Chief Diversity Officer), our Executive Director, an Of Counsel, and the leaders of the following departments: Attorney Employment, Human Resources, Marketing, and Professional Development.
- Women’s Initiative
The Women’s Initiative Team was created to further Andrews Kurth’s commitment to attracting, retaining and advancing women of diverse backgrounds. It is comprised of a diverse group of 18 women and men and chaired by Partner Meredith Mouer and Managing Partner Bob Jewell.
