Dahl has extensive experience representing developers, financial institutions and equity investors in a range of domestic and international project development and financing transactions, with a particular emphasis on energy infrastructure projects, including electrical gas-fired power plants, wind power facilities and other renewable energy projects. His representation has included all aspects of the structuring, development, financing, acquisition and sell-down of such projects, including the negotiation and drafting of joint development agreements, shareholder, partnership and LLC agreements, power sales contracts, tolling agreements, construction contracts, operation and maintenance agreements, long term major maintenance agreements, credit agreements, security agreements, equity subscription agreements, guaranties, letters of credit, complex funds flow agreements, and purchase and sale agreements pertaining to the sale of direct and indirect ownership interests in energy project companies and energy assets.

In addition to his project finance experience, Dahl also has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting documentation for general commercial, construction, real estate development, and reserve-based oil and gas exploration and production loans.
