Download v-cardDahl has extensive experience representing developers, financial institutions and equity investors in a range of domestic and international project development and financing transactions, with a particular emphasis on energy infrastructure projects, including electrical gas-fired power plants, wind power facilities and other renewable energy projects. His representation has included all aspects of the structuring, development, financing, acquisition and sell-down of such projects, including the negotiation and drafting of joint development agreements, shareholder, partnership and LLC agreements, power sales contracts, tolling agreements, construction contracts, operation and maintenance agreements, long term major maintenance agreements, credit agreements, security agreements, equity subscription agreements, guaranties, letters of credit, complex funds flow agreements, and purchase and sale agreements pertaining to the sale of direct and indirect ownership interests in energy project companies and energy assets.
In addition to his project finance experience, Dahl also has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting documentation for general commercial, construction, real estate development, and reserve-based oil and gas exploration and production loans.

- project company in the development and financing of its 241-megawatt wind generating facility located in Texas (total $343 million financing)
- project company in all aspects of the development and multi-tranched financing of its 695 MW (phase I) power plant in India and the 1400 MW (phase II) expansion of the power plant (total $3 billion financing)
- wind development company in its acquisition of an entity owning a 90-megawatt wind generating development project in New Mexico and the subsequent development and financing of said project and a related dedicated 27-mile electrical transmission line (total $150 million financing)
- project company in the development and financing of its wind generating facilities located in New Jersey and Pennsylvania
- equity investor in its acquisition of an interest in a 365 MW gas-fired power project in India
- project company in the development of its 695 MW gas-fired power project in Indonesia
- project company in the financing of its 350 MW gas-fired power project in Brazil
- project company in the development and financing of its 73 MW gas-fired captive power plant in Tennessee
