Dexter has a broad background in corporation and securities law. He has represented both underwriters and issuers in public offerings of securities on a regular basis since 1970. Dexter has extensive familiarity with the oil and gas and oilfield service industries, with a particular emphasis (since 1991) on Latin America. He was the lead partner of the Andrews Kurth team in the YPF, Gas del Estado, and Petroperu privatizations. He continues to provide ongoing representation to YPF.
