In addition, he advises clients with respect to a wide range of securities regulatory and corporate governance issues. • Representation of a major air carrier in its disposition of a fleet of jumbo jets
• Lease financing of $32.5 million of equipment for the worldwide distribution center of a major entertainment company and of the $90 million acquisition and renovation of a corporate campus in Plano, Texas
• Structured financing of the management buyout of a Texas-based convenience store chain
• Merger of two Texas-based communications companies
• $74 million facility finance transactions for a major office building/computer center in Las Colinas, Texas
