Greg's practice focuses on structuring and negotiating complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, minority investments, private financings, private equity investments and leveraged buyouts. He has negotiated and closed transactions in a wide variety of industries, including consumer products, automotive, manufacturing, industrial, internet services, telecommunications, transportation, technology and logistics. In connection with such transactions, he has negotiated management equity and incentive arrangements. Greg also advises public and private companies and their boards of directors with general corporate governance and entity formation and maintenance.
