Heather’s breadth of corporate experience includes representing private and public companies in formation, capital raising through equity and debt financing transactions, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions.  Her capital markets experience includes representing both issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings, follow-on public equity and debt security offerings, 144A offerings and other types of private placements.  In addition, Heather advises clients on corporate governance and periodic reporting requirements and handles their general corporate matters.
