Heather’s experience includes representation of issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, as well as representing corporate clients in mergers and acquisitions. She has extensive experience with all aspects of master limited partnerships. Heather also advises public companies regarding compliance with periodic reporting under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and other general corporate and securities matters. In addition to a Doctorate of Jurisprudence, Heather earned a Master of Business Administration.
