Jason’s finance experience includes the representation of lending institutions, private investment funds, hedge funds and borrowers in commercial financing transactions including mezzanine and second lien transactions. Jason’s real estate experience includes the representation of buyers and sellers of raw land and income-producing properties, the representation of landlords and tenants in commercial leases, the representation of developers of office buildings, retail shopping centers, and residential communities, the representation of lenders and borrowers for real estate acquisition, construction, and term loans, and various other related transactions. Jason has also represented buyers and sellers of private companies in numerous industries, including metals, alloys and restaurants. He also has a great deal of experience in negotiating hedging agreements, including ISDA Master Agreements and Credit Support Annexes.
