Jeremy's practice includes experience in general corporate and securities matters with an emphasis on matters related to Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and venture capital transactions for technology companies; specifically formation and organization of start-ups, venture capital financings, private offerings of debt and equity securities, and counseling regarding, among others, general corporate matters, financings, mergers and acquisitions and securities law compliance for private corporations.

Jeremy’s practice also includes experience in general bankruptcy matters and related issues, including representation of debtors in possession, official and ad hoc committees, and other parties in Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.
