Rocky's practice includes general litigation, with an emphasis on complex commercial and business litigation. He has tried more than 50 cases to conclusion. Rocky has handled commercial disputes such as business torts, partnership disputes, securities fraud, antitrust, oil and gas, and contract claims. He has also advised and represented clients in the areas of directors and officers liability, commercial and employment class actions, shareholder derivative suits, construction claims, insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes, toxic torts (personal injury and property damage), employment litigation (statutory, common law and covenants not to compete), intellectual property, and probate litigation. In addition, Rocky has litigated a number of criminal appellate matters.
