After Mark's clerkship with United States District Judge Robert G. James, he joined Andrews Kurth in September 2003. Since that time, he has gained valuable experience in commercial litigation handling matters involving construction and lien disputes, securities fraud, fiduciary obligations, general contract contests, and products liability.

Mark is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and received his J.D. from the SMU Dedman School of Law. At SMU, he was a recipient of the the Hatton W. Sumners Scholarship and a member of the SMU International Law Review Association.
