Mark Windley's practice includes corporate structured finance with an emphasis on the representation of issuers, underwriters, sellers and servicers in public and private transactions.  This work includes preparing offering documents and registration statements and negotiating and drafting related documents such as indentures, pooling agreements, servicing agreements and underwriting agreements.  Mark also represents mortgage banking companies and credit unions in connection with federal and state regulatory compliance matters, warehouse lines of credit, loan sale and servicing transactions and corporate governance matters.

Mark also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, and reporting and compliance under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. He also assists clients with general corporate, securities, mortgage banking, and other real estate related transactions.
