Matt’s corporate and securities practice includes representing clients in a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital financings, general corporate governance, public and private offerings, and compliance with the periodic reporting requirements of the federal securities laws.  In addition, Matt has also worked with the Corporate Compliance, Investigations and Defense team and assisted in representing audit committees and conducting internal investigations of public companies.

Matt’s practice also involves participation in a variety of transactional, restructuring and litigation matters involving debtors, trustees, secured and unsecured creditors, and creditors’ committees in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings.
