Licensed to practice law in Brazil and in the U.S., Nara represented Brazilian companies doing business in the U.S. as well as U.S. and European entities doing business in Brazil in a variety of corporate, tax and finance matters. She has also represented banks, multilaterals agencies, and corporations in complex domestic and cross-border finance transactions in Latin America.
