Patrick’s practice includes a broad range of finance, energy, and real estate transactions, including the representation of (i) oil and gas industry clients in asset and stock sales; (ii) lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions, project financings and commercial loans, (iii) buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate; and (iv) landlords and tenants in office and retail leasing transactions.

Patrick also has considerable experience as a litigator, focusing primarily on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on oil and gas, representing clients in breaches of contract and breach of warranty actions; complex business torts; employment-related claims; and general negligence and premises liability litigation.
