Ron has more than 30 years experience in a corporate and securities law practice emphasizing transactional and governance matters. His corporate finance practice involves representing issuers in public offerings and other public and private equity and debt offerings. He also advises both buyers and sellers concerning public and private merger and acquisition transactions. In addition, Ron counsels public companies regarding compliance with periodic reporting, proxy solicitation and other requirements of the federal securities laws. Ron has particular experience with specialized transactions in taking public companies private. He has served as an outside general counsel to numerous smaller companies.
