Of Counsel
From 1988 through 2010, Ross was a partner in the firm's Litigation section. From 1997 through 2010 he served as the firm's General Counsel, and from 1997 to 2004 he served as the head of the firm's Litigation section. Prior to joining Andrews Kurth, Ross served as a prosecutor and tried numerous cases involving white-collar crimes.
His litigation practice includes the trial of civil and criminal jury trials involving oil and gas, real estate, securities and corporate disputes.
Ross has extensive experience with alternative dispute resolution, having served as President of the A.A. White Dispute Resolution Institute (a nonprofit institute affiliated with the University of Houston Law Center) and as a member of the Board of Arbitrators of the National Association of Securities Dealers.
