- Represented a hedge fund in negotiating a $70 million first lien lender credit facility.
- Represented an international renewable energy development client in the syndicated construction loan financing of its 180 MW wind power generation facility located in Texas.
- Represented a wind energy project development company in the development and financing of an 80 MW wind power-generation facility located in Idaho.
- Assisted a New York-based investment bank in the acquisition of a 550 MW natural gas-fired power plant located in Michigan.
- Represented a Fortune 50 client in its acquisition of approximately 16 acres of land in Galveston, Texas for development of a retail shopping center.
