Alison’s practice focuses on federal income taxation of corporations, partnerships (including publicly traded partnerships) and limited liability companies. Alison advises clients on the formation of business entities, the tax consequences of merger and acquisitions, tax-free reorganizations, joint ventures and various financial instruments.
