Ashley represents lenders, developers, buyers and sellers in the acquisition, management, development, leasing, disposition and financing of improved and unimproved real estate, including office, retail, multifamily, industrial and mixed-use projects. She also represents financial institutions, private equity funds, agent banks, other institutional investors, lenders, servicers and companies on matters involving corporate financial transactions, acquisition financing, asset-based lending, real estate mortgage and construction lending, investor-level limited partnership matters and structured finance, including loan origination, pooling, servicing and workout matters.
