Ashley’s practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate and business transactions. She regularly represents clients in commercial business development matters and in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily, industrial and residential properties. Her experience also includes the master and special servicing of securitized and non-securitized loans, including commercial loan assumptions, workouts, foreclosures, receiverships and REO dispositions.
