Brandy is an Associate in the Tax section. She has represented clients in corporate mergers and acquisitions, formed various business entities, participated in tax controversy proceedings, managed guardianship proceedings, prepared tax planning documents and probated wills. Brandy has also assisted with private placements of securitities and filing for exempt transactions, including drafting of private placement memoranda and state blue-sky filing requirements.
