Brannon has a general business and corporate law practice, representing both emerging and established companies in a variety of matters including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, other business combinations, public and private debt and equity financing transactions and strategic relationship transactions. Brannon regularly advises clients on corporate governance matters, SEC reporting compliance, and executive employment and compensation matters.
In addition to Brannon's company practice, she has an active practice representing general and limited partners of hedge, private equity, venture capital and real estate funds and other types of alternative investments on issues relating to fund formation, management and investment.
Prior to joining the firm, Brannon's practice focused on the representation of lenders and borrowers in all types of secured and unsecured credit transactions, including senior and subordinated debt, acquisition finance and financial asset securitizations.
