Bridget's practice consists of commercial litigation, with an emphasis on ERISA and managed care litigation.
Bridget has experience with medical, disability, life and AD&D benefit litigation. Bridget's experience includes assisting in the defense of ERISA claims and insurance bad faith claims in Texas and Oklahoma.
Representative Experience
- Assisted in obtaining summary judgment in favor of ERISA plan insurer in a case arising out of the denial of medical benefits. (2011)
