Representative Experience
- Business litigation, including statutory claims, contractual disputes, tortious interference, libel, slander, negligent misrepresentation, fraud, disparagement, deceptive trade practices, unfair competition, breach of fiduciary and related duties, and usurpation of company opportunities
- Employment litigation encompassing claims of wrongful termination; employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation; infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy and defamation; and protection or enforcement of confidentiality, non-piracy, intellectual property, non-competition and similar restrictive provisions
- Intellectual property and franchise litigation, including trademark, copyright, trade secret, proprietary information rights, licensing and franchisor/franchisee disputes
- Construction litigation encompassing claims for delay, defective design and improper performance
- Claims involving damage to businesses arising from a wide variety of products, including manufacturing machinery, heavy equipment, aviation and medical products
- Use of and defense against injunctive and other extraordinary relief
