These matters include economic development and redevelopment, interlocal agreements, public procurement, regulation, franchises, legislation and elections.
Representative Experience
- Represented a special-purpose political subdivision in the preparation of a long-term interlocal agreement for a major public improvement
- Counseled a special-purpose political subdivision in the negotiation of an interagency agreement for a major transportation improvement project
- Represented a local government corporation in the negotiation of an economic development policy and agreement
- Counseled a special-purpose political subdivision in matters related to procurement and administration of information technology through an inter-agency agreement with state agencies
- Counseled a private client in the application of revised zoning regulations to a proposed land use change
- Counseled a municipality on the application of certain provisions of its City Charter to certain private transportation activities
