Cheryl is a partner in the firm’s business transactions section and focuses her practice on oil and gas transactions. She has extensive experience in representing clients in the purchase and sale of oil and gas properties, in negotiating joint venture, exploration and participation agreements involving oil and gas exploration and development, and representing borrowers in oil and gas reserves-based lending transactions. Her practice also includes negotiation and drafting of other contracts relating to oil and gas exploration, production and marketing.
