Associate
Christopher is an Associate in the Corporate section of The Woodlands and Houston offices. Christopher's practice consists of a wide range of corporate and securities matters including mergers and acquisitions and the representation of issuers and investment banks in connection with public and private offerings of equity and debt securities.
Christopher also advises companies on corporate governance matters, periodic reporting and other requirements of the federal securities laws, the New York Stock Exchange, the NASDAQ Stock Market and other exchange rules.

- Representation of NYSE-listed oil and gas industry supplier in connection with $172.5 million public offering of convertible senior notes (2010)
- Counsel to special committee of a NYSE-listed MLP in connection with $1.3 billion public company merger (2010)
- Representation of underwriters in connection with $676 million initial public offering of an oil and gas exploration and production company (2010)
- Representation of underwriters in connection with $115 million public offering of common units by NYSE-listed, coal MLP (2010)
