Dan's practice focuses on general business transactions with an emphasis on wind/alternative energy, oil and gas, as well as international real estate and energy transactions. His experience includes due diligence, negotiating and preparing documentation for energy infrastructure-related agreements, including those covering construction, operation and maintenance, equipment supply and reserve-based oil and gas exploration and production loans. Dan has also represented clients in negotiating and preparing leases and easements for wind energy projects.
