David has a broad transactional practice involving the representation of private and public companies in financial and strategic acquisitions and dispositions, financings, contests for corporate control and securities issues. His clients include private equity sponsors and related portfolio companies, mezzanine lenders and operating companies at various levels of development—from the venture stage to mature public companies. He has extensive experience with leveraged and management buy-outs, recapitalizations, public and private securities offerings and financing transactions. David also advises private and public companies on general corporate matters and regulatory compliance.
