Derek's practice focuses on a broad range of real estate-related matters, including acquisitions and dispositions of improved and unimproved commercial property, shopping center development, representation of landlords and tenants in commercial leasing, and real estate finance, including low-income housing tax credit transactions, conventional real estate lending, loan work-outs and mezzanine loan transactions.
