Dexter has a broad background in corporation and securities law. He has represented both underwriters and issuers in public offerings of securities on a regular basis since 1970. Dexter has extensive familiarity with the oil and gas and oilfield service industries, with a particular emphasis (since 1991) on Latin America. He was the lead partner of the Andrews Kurth team in the YPF, Gas del Estado and Petroperu privatizations.
