Diana M. Hudson
Partner
A partner with the firm, Diana focuses her practice on corporate, securities, and general corporate matters. In particular, Diana has experience in diverse securities and general corporate transactions, including representation of issuers and underwriters in connection with public and private equity and debt offerings. Diana counsels various participants (buyers, sellers, and financing sources) in mergers and acquisitions. She also advises venture capital and other investment groups or funds in financing transactions, working with them to structure corporate and financing arrangements. A significant portion of her practice is devoted to clients in the energy and petrochemical industries.
Diana also serves as the firm’s Community and Alumni Relations Partner. In that role, she focuses on expanding the firm’s outreach in the community on local, state and national levels. She also is responsible for organizing and implementing the firm’s program to establish and retain relationships with its alumni.
