A partner with the firm, Diana focused her practice on corporate, securities and general corporate matters until 2008, when she was elected as the firm's Community and Alumni Relations Partner. Prior to 2008, Diana's experience included diverse securities and general corporate transactions, including representation of issuers and underwriters in connection with public and private equity and debt offerings and various participants (buyers, sellers and financing sources) in mergers and acquisitions. A significant portion of her practice was devoted to clients in the energy and petrochemical industries.
In her role as the firm’s Community and Alumni Relations Partner, Diana focuses on expanding the firm’s outreach in the community on local, state and national levels. She also is responsible for organizing and implementing the firm’s program to establish and retain relationships with its alumni.
