Diane’s practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on toxic tort, premises liability, environmental and personal injury actions.
For more than 12 years Diane has handled hundreds of claims involving exposures to toxic substances including asbestos, silica and benzene for major oil companies, chemical companies and product manufacturers. She has also represented manufacturers in large product liability actions and defendants involved in personal injury actions related to a Superfund site.
Diane also has experience representing energy-related companies with internal SEC and Department of Justice investigations and inquiries.
