Partner
Donna is a partner in the firm’s New York office. Her practice has involved negotiating mergers and acquisitions of both public and private companies, representing underwriters and issuers in public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, and advising clients on a variety of corporate and securities laws matters. She has worked on transactions and with clients in a broad spectrum of businesses, including the energy, telecommunications, shipping, healthcare and other industries. Donna is also a member of the New York City chapter of the Women's Presidents' Organization, which is the premier global peer advisory organization connecting top women entrepreneurs who own multi-million dollar companies.
