Emmie's practice includes complex commercial litigation at both the state and federal levels, with emphasis on representation of clients in the oil and gas industry. Emmie also works on commercial litigation in various other industries, including representation of financial institution clients, in matters related to contractual disputes, business torts and corporate trustee issues.
