Harve's practice focuses on the representation of lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions, project financings and commercial loans, parties in the acquisition and disposition of energy-related assets, buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate, landlords and tenants in office leasing transactions, and debtors and creditors in general bankruptcy matters.
