Hoang is a member of the Public Law section with a focus on public finance. He serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriters' counsel and bank’s counsel in connection with a broad range of public finance matters for governmental entities and nonprofit organizations. Hoang has extensive experience working on financings for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and representing banks and other financial institutions on public finance transactions.
