James A. Nortey II
Associate
James is an Associate in the Public Law section. His practice includes commercial litigation, administrative law and energy matters. He also represents local governments on a variety of matters including construction development procurement and municipal bond projects.
Upon graduation at Harvard Law School, James was awarded the Dean’s Award for Community Leadership. The award recognizes a number of graduating students who contribute time and energy to making the Harvard Law School community a better place through involvement in student organizations, community service groups, and individual efforts.
